Frank O'Sullivan est un guitariste, compositeur et professeur professionnel basé à Montréal, Canada. Originaire d'Ottawa, en Ontario, Frank a déménagé à Montréal après avoir obtenu son diplôme du Berklee College of Music en 2012, où il s'est spécialisé en interprétation et a étudié avec Tomo Fujita, Tim Miller, Sheryl Bailey, Bruce Saunders et Jon Damian. 

À Montréal, Frank s'est imposé comme musicien de premier plan pour la scène Soul/RnB/Funk/Jazz/HipHop, après avoir rejoint le Kalmunity Vibe Collective . Kalmunity est le plus grand et le plus ancien collectif de musique afrocentrique au Canada, se produisant deux fois par semaine depuis plus d'une décennie. Il est devenu un membre fondateur d'Urban Science, organisant la jam session hiphop LeCypher  tous les jeudis soirs depuis 2014. Entretenant une carrière prolifique en tant que sideman, Frank a joué et enregistré avec des groupes et des artistes tels que Kallitechnis, Samito, Nomadic Massive, Vox Sambou, parmi tant d'autres, en tournée dans toute l'Amérique du Nord, l'Amérique latine, l'Europe, l'Afrique et l'Asie. 

Le travail de Frank en tant que compositeur et chef d'orchestre peut être entendu dans son premier album "MFQ" ainsi que dans son deuxième album, "Something's Weird", disponible sur toutes les plateformes de streaming. Son troisième album complet est prévu pour septembre 2021.

Frank O’Sullivan is a professional guitarist, composer, and teacher based in Montreal, Canada.  Originally from Ottawa, Ontario, Frank relocated to Montreal after graduating from the Berklee College of Music in 2012, where he majored in performance and studied with Tomo Fujita, Tim Miller, Sheryl Bailey, Bruce Saunders, and Jon Damian. 

In Montreal, Frank established himself as a first call musician for the Soul/RnB/Funk/Jazz/HipHop scene, after joining the Kalmunity Vibe Collective. Kalmunity is Canada’s largest and longest running collective of afrocentric music, performing twice a week for over a decade. He went on to become a founding member of Urban Science, hosting the hiphop jam session LeCypher every Thursday night since 2014. Maintaining a prolific career as a sideman, Frank has performed and recorded with bands and artists such as Kallitechnis, Samito, Nomadic Massive, Vox Sambou, among many others, touring all over North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. 

Frank's work as a composer and bandleader can be heard in his debut album "MFQ" as well as his sophomore release, "Something's Weird", available on all streaming platforms.  His third full length album is scheduled for release in September 2021.
